Brown fused alumina is a man-made abrasive, the main component of which is aluminum oxide (Al2O3), which is made by melting bauxite, carbon materials and iron filings at high temperature in an electric arc furnace. Due to its high hardness and good toughness, it is widely used in grinding, polishing and other fields.
Brown fused alumina is made from bauxite coke by high temperature smelting in electric arc furnace. After raw material sorting, electrolytic smelting, crushing, ferromagnetic separation, screening, physical and chemical inspection, finished product packaging, warehousing and other production processes. It has the characteristics of high hardness, good crystallization, good linear fluidity, less adhesion in use, non-explosion, non-cracking and non-pulverization in use. The abrasives made by him show dark blue after calcination, no network cracks and no rust spots.
Used to manufacture advanced refractory materials, castables, refractory bricks, etc.

3、Resin Abrasives-Abrasives with suitable color, good hardness, toughness, suitable particle cross-section type and edge retention, applied to resin abrasives, the effect is ideal;
4、Coated abrasives-abrasives are raw materials for manufacturers such as sandpaper and gauze;
5、Functional fillers-mainly used for automotive brake parts, special tires, special construction products and other collars, which can be used as wear-resistant materials such as highway roads, airstrips, docks, parking lots, industrial floors, and sports venues;
